I’m an investigative reporter and audio producer with a knack for telling complex stories through engaging narratives. I’m especially interested in making accessible and revelatory audio stories about corruption, business, and policy.

I’ve reported on the Trump Organization paying bribes to lower its property taxes, aging mobsters in the Rust Belt, the enduring legacy of vigilante violence in New York City, and the rise and fall of one of the fastest growing companies in history.

Currently I’m a producer at Prologue Projects, where I make deeply reported narrative series.

Previously, I worked on the award winning podcast Trump, Inc, at WNYC. I’ve also worked as a researcher at ProPublica and spent several months in Mumbai reporting for Forbes India magazine on a fellowship from the Overseas Press Club. Before that, I worked as a freelance reporter both in the U.S. and abroad, writing stories for the Associated Press, The Guardian, and Foreign Policy. I got started in journalism at a newspaper in Kigali, Rwanda, covering the country’s rapid development. I have a master’s degree from Columbia Journalism School, where I specialized in investigative reporting and radio production.

I’m originally from Binghamton, New York and I live in Brooklyn.
